SEO Mistakes 101: Title Tag Written For SEO Instead Of Visitors
One of the most common mistakes made by many "professionals" in the SEO is not knowing "sell the click" with the titles of your web pages, the Title tag it's not just one more place to throw away all your keywords and hope to have a good web positioning.
The title of the page goes further because it has the characteristic of being visible in the SERP (search engine results), so we have the ability to send a clear message to the user and give them a reason to click us.
So I don't have to use my keywords in the title?
Of course, if you have to use your main keyword in the title! Only in a more attractive way for the future visitor instead of just doing Keyword Stuffing.
The golden triangle of web positioning is: Rank, Get Clicked and Sell.
If we rank well but lose many chances of clicks because of a bad title we are wasting our ranking, an attractive title has much more CTR than a "robotic" one, this also applies to the Meta Description.
To finish the article we have the humor section:
If your title basically says "Hi, you won't be able to see this site" ... I think you have a serious problem.
Domain: 10US$ per year, Hosting: 5US$ per month, that your title is "Insert keywords here" is priceless.
More classic than a River-Boca, also the Meta Description was not even saved.
Another classic of the caliber of gnocchi from 29, although at least it describes which section of the site we are going to visit, it does not give any useful information to the robot or the visitor.
Remember that the title of our website is perhaps the most powerful element that we have, so we better make good use of it.
