SEM Rush: Keyword Research Tool
For a few days I have the opportunity to try SEM Rush, a very good tool for keyword research and competition for both SEO and SEM, thanks to one of their Community Managers who contacted me through the blog.
It currently has a database for the USA, UK, Spain, Germany, France, Russia, Italy and Brazil.
I still haven't got much experience with it, but so far I find the use of SEM Rush very simple and intuitive.
Basically we have a top search bar where you can choose the database in which you want to search and then perform a search by keyword or domain.
In the example I did a search in the Spanish database for the keyword «hotels», to which SEM Rush It returns me data for average CPC, competition and average monthly search volumes.
Other data that we can easily obtain are:
Phrase Agreement Report
Related Keywords Reports
Adwords results: It should be noted that due to the dynamic nature of Adwords, advertisers, advertisements, etc. they may not be up to date, but they serve as a very good guide.
In future articles I will comment on more advanced domain research and reporting options.
