AdWords adds new options for mobile campaigns
The mobile traffic that we can obtain through Adwords continues to grow day by day and that is why Google is committed to offering us more and better segmentation options.
A short time ago, new functions were added that help us improve our mobile campaigns in Adwords and solve some of the most frequent problems.
Let's say you're advertising an Android app through AdWords targeting mobile devices, but your product can only be used on newer versions of the operating system - even then, people who don't have those versions can still get to the landing page and, probably frustrated since he can't use your app.
That's exactly the kind of problem Google is trying to solve with the new mobile functionality in AdWords.
New features allow advertisers to target specific versions of operating systems, to ensure that ads are targeting the right users.
Additionally, AdWords users will also be able to configure ads based on whether users are using a Wi-Fi connection. Google says that targeting according to Wi-Fi allows advertisers to expand their reach and, on the other hand, it will be useful to know with what bandwidth users are opening the landing page to see whether or not they can open content such as videos. .
This option can be found in the "Settings" tab of any campaign.
These new Google features come at a time when the use of mobile devices, including tablets, is growing enormously.
