For example, "Lady Gaga" can be a keyword with a lot of searches, but if you don't like her music at all, it would not be good to start with a site dedicated to her.<\/p>\n Better to choose something that you like to talk about, write about, and do more research.<\/p>\n Find a niche within that topic<\/strong><\/p>\n Instead of trying to compete with common words and phrases, like "red cars," try to find a niche, like "vintage sports cars." The most specific words do not have as many searches, but there is less competition for a good positioning and users tend to be more serious and have a greater tendency to buy something, ie the CTR will be much higher.<\/p>\n Buy 5 domains to start<\/strong><\/p>\n I use 5 as an example, but I think it's a good number to start with. Choose the "Money Site," the site that has the "affiliate links" or that sells your product, and the 4 that will direct traffic to the "Money Site."
