{"id":1066,"date":"2011-01-31T23:41:27","date_gmt":"2011-02-01T02:41:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/?p=1066"},"modified":"2011-01-31T23:42:04","modified_gmt":"2011-02-01T02:42:04","slug":"objetivos-en-google-analytics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/pt\/google\/objetivos-em-google-analytics\/","title":{"rendered":"Metas no Google Analytics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Definir metas no Google Analytics \u00e9 uma das pr\u00e1ticas fundamentais para sermos capazes de analisar nosso tr\u00e1fego com a maior precis\u00e3o poss\u00edvel, a fim de entender o que diabos realmente est\u00e1 acontecendo com nossos esfor\u00e7os de SEO e PPC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mas ... o que \u00e9 um alvo?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como o pr\u00f3prio nome indica, um objetivo pode ser qualquer a\u00e7\u00e3o realizada no site que tenha impacto em nosso plano de neg\u00f3cios, tais como: assinaturas de newsletters, downloads, contatos por formul\u00e1rio, compras, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por que devo definir metas se sei quanto vendo, quantos contatos tenho, etc.?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta pergunta \u00e9 MUITO frequente entre clientes e pessoas que s\u00e3o novas em an\u00e1lise da web e realmente \u00e9 uma pergunta bastante compreens\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>A ideia de definir metas com o Google Analytics n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas contar o n\u00famero de metas alcan\u00e7adas, mas saber quais fontes de tr\u00e1fego, palavras-chave e campanhas s\u00e3o as que realmente ajudam a alcan\u00e7ar e quais esfor\u00e7os s\u00e3o uma perda de tempo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipos de objetivos <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>URL de destino:<\/strong> Destinos de URL de destino s\u00e3o aqueles que s\u00e3o contados quando um usu\u00e1rio visita uma p\u00e1gina que consideramos de valor especial. Podem ser carrinhos de compras, p\u00e1gina de &quot;agradecimento&quot; de um formul\u00e1rio de contato, p\u00e1gina de confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de assinatura de boletim informativo etc.<\/p>\n<p>Os destinos de URL de destino permitem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de funis de convers\u00e3o, que s\u00e3o MUITO \u00fateis para analisar o comportamento do tr\u00e1fego no site \u00e0 medida que seguem o caminho das p\u00e1ginas at\u00e9 atingirem a convers\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tempo no site: <\/strong>Como o nome indica, esses objetivos est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 quantidade de tempo que os usu\u00e1rios navegam no site. Este tipo de objetivo \u00e9 muito \u00fatil para saber quais s\u00e3o as fontes de tr\u00e1fego que atraem os usu\u00e1rios com maior interesse em nosso conte\u00fado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e1ginas \/ visita: <\/strong>Del mismo modo que el tipo de objetivo anterior, este tipo de objetivo sirve para medir el nivel de interacci\u00f3n de los usuarios con el contenido de nuestro sitio, s\u00f3lo que este tipo de objetivo relaciona la cantidad de p\u00e1ginas vistas por cada visita con el logro de os objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>Todos os tipos de objetivas podem ser configurados ao nosso gosto, o que proporciona muita flexibilidade na sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o, podendo tamb\u00e9m ser atribu\u00eddos um valor simb\u00f3lico de forma a contabilizar o retorno do investimento.<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, se soubermos que em m\u00e9dia 1 em cada 10 contatos leva a uma venda e que cada venda tem um valor m\u00e9dio de $500.
