{"id":1572,"date":"2012-02-14T09:33:29","date_gmt":"2012-02-14T12:33:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/?p=1572"},"modified":"2012-02-14T18:38:34","modified_gmt":"2012-02-14T21:38:34","slug":"google-screenwise-%c2%bfcuanto-vale-tu-privacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/pt\/google\/google-screenwise-how-much-your-privacy-worth\/","title":{"rendered":"Google Screenwise: quanto vale sua privacidade?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Este artigo n\u00e3o est\u00e1 diretamente relacionado ao Google Adwords, mas me parece uma not\u00edcia que vale a pena compartilhar.<\/p>\n<p>Alguns dias atr\u00e1s, eu estava lendo um artigo em <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kurzweilai.net\/cash-for-your-cache-googles-new-program-pays-users-for-the-right-to-snoop\">KurzweilAI<\/a> sobre um novo servi\u00e7o do Google chamado <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/landing\/screenwisepanel\/\">Screenwise Panel<\/a> que foi lan\u00e7ado em conjunto com <a href=\"http:\/\/www.knowledgenetworks.com\/\">Redes de Conhecimento<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>De uma forma muito semelhante ao m\u00e9todo usado por Neilsen para medir as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es da televis\u00e3o, a Screenwise far\u00e1 um mergulho profundo na maneira como as pessoas usam a Internet no dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Voc\u00ea pode participar do painel voluntariamente por meio de dois m\u00e9todos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1) <\/strong>Com uma extens\u00e3o do Chrome que se encarregar\u00e1 de coletar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o uso dos diferentes sites que voc\u00ea visita.<\/p>\n<p>O Google vai pagar <strong>5US$ em cart\u00f5es-presente da Amazon<\/strong> instalando a extens\u00e3o e outros <strong>5 extras US$ a cada 3 meses<\/strong> (25US$ no total no primeiro ano).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> Instalar um roteador substituto fornecido pelo Google, que executa uma tarefa de monitoramento e coleta de dados muito mais extensa e profunda do que a extens\u00e3o do navegador.<\/p>\n<p>Esta op\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel apenas para membros da Rede de Conhecimento e pagar\u00e1 <strong>100US$ para iniciar a instala\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>ele e ent\u00e3o <strong>20 extras US$ por m\u00eas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1573\" title=\"google screenwise\" src=\"http:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/google-screenwise.png\" alt=\"Google Screenwise Panel\" width=\"640\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/google-screenwise.png 640w, https:\/\/guillermopareja.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/google-screenwise-300x240.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Uma quest\u00e3o sempre presente para muitas empresas na Internet que fornecem servi\u00e7os gratuitos em troca da coleta de informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos usu\u00e1rios (Google, Facebook, etc.) \u00e9 saber quanto vale sua privacidade e at\u00e9 que ponto eles est\u00e3o dispostos a se expor.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse caso, o Google faz essa pergunta diretamente e oferece dinheiro &quot;de verdade&quot; aos usu\u00e1rios que participam voluntariamente.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com um artigo em <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/gadgets\/news\/2012\/02\/google-paying-users-to-track-100-of-their-web-usage-via-little-black-box.ars?src=fbk\">ArsTechnica<\/a>, entre os acordos legais ao se cadastrar para participar do painel, <strong>O Google pode compartilhar essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es com terceiros, como: institui\u00e7\u00f5es acad\u00eamicas, anunciantes, editores e redes de programa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No entanto, nenhuma informa\u00e7\u00e3o adicional \u00e9 oferecida sobre a opera\u00e7\u00e3o da extens\u00e3o do Chrome ou do Black Router.<\/p>\n<p>O Google \u00e9 uma das maiores empresas de publicidade do mundo, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o seria estranho que agora eles tamb\u00e9m estejam procurando se tornar uma das maiores empresas consumidoras de dados.
