No Google Analytics, existem tr\u00eas tipos de objetivos b\u00e1sicos que voc\u00ea pode definir: <em>Destino, dura\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00e1ginas \/ telas por sess\u00e3o<\/em>. Isso \u00e9 especialmente \u00fatil em sites repletos de conte\u00fado, para ver se os visitantes realmente gastam tempo e conseguem ler tudo, ou se eles saem antes de o fazer.<\/p>\n<p>Ou tamb\u00e9m em sites que vendem produtos. Estudos t\u00eam mostrado que, se os visitantes passam mais tempo em seu site, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil para eles finalizarem uma compra nele. Se eles sa\u00edrem rapidamente, voc\u00ea tem um problema que precisa resolver. Com este tipo de objetivo voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 conhecer essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Ao criar uma nova meta no Google Analytics, voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 que escolher seu tipo. Em nosso exemplo, se um visitante passar um minuto visitando nosso site, o Google Analytics tratar\u00e1 isso como uma meta conclu\u00edda.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, poderemos ver a taxa de convers\u00e3o dessa meta, que indicar\u00e1 a porcentagem de visitantes sobre o total que atingiu a meta de dura\u00e7\u00e3o (no nosso caso, passar mais de um minuto visitando o site).<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e1ginas \/ telas por sess\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Outro tipo de objetivo \u00e9 medir o n\u00famero de p\u00e1ginas ou telas que um visitante acessou durante uma sess\u00e3o. Vamos tentar fazer algo um pouco mais dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Destino<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea deseja medir quantos de seus visitantes acessam uma determinada p\u00e1gina em seu site, o Google Analytics fornece essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o sem qualquer configura\u00e7\u00e3o adicional. Voc\u00ea s\u00f3 precisa verificar o n\u00famero de visitas a essa p\u00e1gina.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, o objetivo de <em>Destino<\/em> \u00e9 extremamente \u00fatil porque n\u00e3o apenas permite que voc\u00ea saiba quantos visitantes chegam a uma p\u00e1gina espec\u00edfica, mas tamb\u00e9m pode definir as p\u00e1ginas anteriores pelas quais eles devem passar para chegar a essa p\u00e1gina. Definimos essas etapas em ordem e, al\u00e9m de dar-lhes um nome, indicamos o URL parcial de cada uma das p\u00e1ginas que pertencem ao funil de vendas:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>O visitante vai para o carrinho de compras (que \u00e9 a p\u00e1gina \/basket.html).<\/li>\n<li>Voc\u00ea confirma que deseja iniciar o processo de finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da compra e, quando for redirecionado para a p\u00e1gina \/yourinfo.html, apresenta suas informa\u00e7\u00f5es de faturamento e envio.<\/li>\n<li>O processo continua e ele insere os detalhes do pagamento (na p\u00e1gina \/payment.html).<\/li>\n<li>Depois disso, o visitante revisa o pedido (p\u00e1gina \/revieworder.html).<\/li>\n<li>Quando o pedido \u00e9 conclu\u00eddo (redirecionar para \/orderplaced.html), o processo de checkout termina.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A vantagem de definir o objetivo, incluindo seu funil, \u00e9 que voc\u00ea pode acessar o menu <em>Gr\u00e1fico de funil,<\/em> no submenu Convers\u00f5es. L\u00e1 voc\u00ea pode ver o fluxo de visitantes e ver onde voc\u00ea os perde durante as etapas do funil de vendas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Considera\u00e7\u00f5es finais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O Google Analytics n\u00e3o \u00e9 usado apenas para ver o n\u00famero de visitas mensais que seu site recebe.
